Step 1: Sift

Sifting fine green matcha powder through a metal strainer into a bowl

Sift 1-2 scoops of matcha into your bowl to remove clumps.

Step 2: Pour

Add 2oz of hot water (not boiling, approx 80°C).

Step 3: Whisk

Whisk in a 'W' motion until a frothy layer forms.
